Automotive Service Advisor

Mullinax Ford is looking for a high energy, customer service, and sales oriented team member to join our multi-store enterprise. The prime candidate will be dependable, hard-working, self-motivated, goal oriented and have a positive attitude.

 

ScheduleMonday thru Saturday schedule hours vary - No Sundays Guaranteed

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Set and prepare for appointments with customers
  • Greet and consult with customers regarding applicable maintenance specials
  • Provide superior customer satisfaction
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently
  • Produce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates
  • Collect payment from customers
  • Clean and maintain work environment to ensure workplace safety
  • Follow all Company procedures and standards
  • Perform all duties as assigned

 

Qualifications for this job: 

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have professional appearance
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Basic vehicle knowledge
  • Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed 
  • Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines 
  • Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
