Qualifications

Primary duties will consist of but not limited to:

  • Obtains customer's signature on repair order; provides customer with a copy; establishes customer's method of payment; notifies customers of check writing policy; obtains credit approval, if necessary
  • Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorization is noted. Closes repair orders as appropriate and gets all warranty and internal RO's to admin for elm processing and closing
  • Ensures that vehicles are parked in assigned areas. Make sure they are locked and all keys are marked and put away correctly.
  • Implements a quality control process to eliminate comebacks.
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Keep the work area clean.
  • Complete required Manufacture training in a timely manner.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience with working on all types of vehicles


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current, valid Drivers License with driving record that meets insurance company standards

  • Willing to submit and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written

  • Detail-oriented and a strong work ethic

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

  • Must be able to work flexible hours

Skills Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working on all types of vehicles
