Queen's Biomedical Innovation Team (QBiT) - Director of Sponsorship
The Queen’s Biomedical Innovation Team (QBiT) is an interdisciplinary design team that designs, prototypes, and tests innovative biomedical devices to address healthcare concerns both globally and within our local community.

Position Description:
The Director of Sponsorship will report to the Chief Financial Officer. The role of the Director of Sponsorship is to obtain and maintain sponsorship connections for the team, which are essential for team operation and development.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and growing relationships with industry professionals, including alumni, university professors, and executive leaders
- Applying for grants and funding opportunities, such as Dean’s Donation, faculty grants, and other relevant initiatives
- Producing the QBiT Sponsorship Package and collaborating with the CFO to maintain professional sponsor relationships
- Regularly attending finance team meetings and providing updates
Ideal qualities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with email correspondence
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Aptitude for professional relations
Interview info:
Interviews will take place during June 21st, June 26th, June 27th and June 28th .
