About the Job

Here at Ardmac we pride ourselves on being the contractor of choice for great clients and the workplace of choice for great people. Ardmac are currently recruiting for a number of Quantity Surveyors in various countries around the EU such as Finland. Quantity surveyors are responsible for all aspects of surveying and commercial functions on projects.

Responsibilities:

- Preparation and updating of contract budget
- Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of project
- Administration of contract records
- Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s
- Attendance at contractor handover meeting
- Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings
- Updating of cash reporting and collection
- Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan
- Relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team

Qualifications:

- Construction methods and technologies
- Measurement and valuation
- Ability to form good working relationships with all stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of subcontract/material orders and procurement
- Experience in preparation and understanding of commercial reports.
- Familiar with contracts; bespoke and standard forms
- 5 years' relevant experience within the construction industry
