Location: Madrid (hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)

About the Data Team

Data is the lifeblood of Fever and the engine behind our competitive advantage. Within this team, the Data Marketing squad is building a quantitative trading desk for marketing. Our mission is to allocate marketing capital with maximum efficiency, treating every dollar as an investment designed to yield the highest possible return. We build the models, measurement frameworks, and experimentation systems that allow us to dynamically optimize our marketing portfolio and achieve the company’s growth goals.

About the Role

As our Quantitative Strategist for Marketing Investment, you will act as the program lead and portfolio manager for Fever's global marketing budget. Your primary objective will be to maximize the return on our marketing investments by defining and building the systems, models, and frameworks that power data-driven decision-making across channels.

You will not just manage projects; you will:

  • Own the intellectual framework and architecture behind Fever’s marketing investment strategy.
  • Working closely with engineers and data scientists to develop scalable measurement, attribution, and experimentation platforms.
  • You will guide the team to create systems that automatically identify and prioritize the most profitable strategies, while advising senior business leaders on strategic opportunities and risks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define the Investment Thesis: Set the strategic framework for marketing capital allocation across channels, campaigns, and markets.
  • Lead System Design & Development: Translate the marketing investment strategy into scalable systems, reporting, and automation pipelines.
  • Oversee Attribution & Measurement: Ensure robust, accurate, and dynamic frameworks for evaluating marketing performance.
  • Drive Experimentation and Backtesting at Scale: Design, prioritize, and oversee experiments that test new channels, strategies, and models.
  • Strategic Advisory: Present insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership to shape growth strategy.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, or Data Science (STEM).
  • An investor’s mindset — skeptical, analytical, and obsessed with maximizing ROI.
  • Proven experience in quantitative or highly analytical roles: finance, data science, product analytics, or growth optimization.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and experimental design, but with a focus on systems and frameworks rather than manual reporting.
  • Experience leading technical programs and collaborating effectively with data scientists, engineers, and senior business leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical and analytical concepts into actionable business insights.
