Who you are:
As a Quantitative Research Analyst II, you have an inquiring mind. You will assist in the conducting research to support the data-driven optimization of Frost’s branch network. You enjoy compiling and organizing complex data in a way that can be utilized with collaborating lines of business. You are eager to accept a challenge and work with others. More than that, this role is about gathering and exploring insights while keeping integrity, caring, and excellence top of mind.
What you’ll do:
Conduct quantitative research to support the data-driven optimization of Frost’s branch network
Compile and organize more complex internally and externally sourced competitive data
Utilize ArcGIS to integrate geospatial data into economic and market research models, enhancing insights for strategic investment decisions and regional risk assessments
Develop ad-hoc scripts to provide data in a timely manner
Collaborate with teammates to visualize data and communicate findings to management
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree preferably business, mathematics, or statistics
2+ years of data analytics and visualization experience
Demonstrated understanding of qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
Moderate proficiency in SQL, Tableau, ArcGIS, and working knowledge of additional languages like Python or R
Comfortable presenting data to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience managing projects
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
