Job Summary:
As Data operation senior Associate, you will provide insights, make recommendations, and enable data-driven decision-making. Strong project management, data analysis, and strategic thinking skills are also essential for this position.The Machine Learning and Intelligent Operations team, part of the CCB Data & Analytics organization, is seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Quantitative Analytics Associate. This role requires strong communication skills to serve as a trusted partner to product teams and business leaders across CCB, CIB, MLIO, and AI4Ops. You will lead initiatives to establish strong communication networks across the Quad and various product teams, supporting the scaling of MLIO/AI4Ops solutions. These efforts are aimed at reducing operating expenses, improving efficiencies, and enhancing the customer experience. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about products and understand how analytics informs the product roadmap.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand operational environment, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making across various servicing and operations functions.
  • Drive various products towards data informed decisions through building a robust understanding of the data environment in operations, MLIO and other data sources.
  • Focus on improving customer and agent experience while reducing operating expenses for the Ops space.
  • Apply gained business knowledge to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the performance of operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product to ensure the successful rollout of ML/AI solutions into business processes and systems.
  • Help overseeing data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for machine learning models and analytics projects.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Have strong project management skills and independently troubleshoot business problems
  • Leverage the agile process to deliver a wide range of business and product-focused analytics, including building and updating business cases, exploratory analysis to identify product enhancement opportunities, generating feature performance metrics and dashboards, and crafting data stories and presentations of key findings to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field.
  • Experience delivering analytics solutions following an Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodology.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders to enable collaboration, decision-making, and transparency, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with standard data analytics tools and technologies (SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, SAS).
  • Familiarity with AWS, data mining, statistical modeling, machine learning, and other advanced analytics methods.
  • Hands-on experience writing code and automating processes to source, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, including structured and unstructured data.
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve in challenging situations while navigating organizations complexities.
