As a Senior Associate in the Consumer Deposit Product Analytics team within Data & Analytics, you provide critical analytical support for checking, savings, debit, and time deposit products. You work closely with product leaders and peers to deliver actionable insights and solutions to business challenges. Your work blends strategy, business control analysis, and performance metric reporting, supporting end-to-end product ownership. You help drive the team's mission to deliver timely, relevant, and compliant reporting. Your contributions directly influence both customer experience and business success.

The Deposit Product Analytics team partners with cross-functional groups to address complex business needs and identify growth opportunities. You'll take ownership of reporting processes, automate workflows, and maintain documentation for clarity and compliance. Your role supports a diverse user base and ensures the production reporting environment runs smoothly. Job Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective, data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and Tableau dashboards, owning the reporting process from design to deployment
  • Expand ad-hoc reporting capabilities to support a diverse user base with timely insights
  • Organize, label, and document all reporting components for clarity and ease of use
  • Automate reporting workflows and maintain documentation using Bitbucket for version control and collaboration
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide tailored analyses and insights for specific business challenges
  • Maintain and support the team's production reporting environment by responding to stakeholder inquiries, resolving issues, and implementing process improvements
  • Uphold compliance with established controls and regulatory standards in all analytics and reporting activities

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Confident oral and written presentation skills for engaging with Senior Management
  • Demonstrate ability to develop solutions to highly complex and diverse problems
  • Three years in a similar role including Product Management, Marketing Analytics, or Data/Analytics reporting, or Master's degree in a related field (MBA, MS Economics, or Analytics/Statistics)
  • Advanced skills in database tools such as SAS (or SQL processing), Python, Snowflake, AWS Cloud
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including creating Pivot tables, array formulas, and visualizations
