As a VP, Marketing Analytics Manager, you will manage and deliver analytics across the end-to-end marketing campaign lifecycle, including opportunity planning, financial business case development, impact modeling, test design, execution support, reporting, and financial performance measurement, with a focus on marketing acquisition campaigns. This role partners closely with Marketing, Modeling, Finance, and Data & Analytics (D&A) stakeholders to develop, design, implement, and track strategic campaigns. The successful candidate is analytically and technically strong, communicates clearly with senior stakeholders, operates with a consultative mindset, and brings innovative analytical approaches to convert complex data into actionable insights.
Job Responsibilities

- Own stakeholder relationship management and delivery for assigned marketing partners (book of work): intake, prioritization, scoping, timelines, and outputs; align work to business goals and campaign calendars.
- Drive experimentation strategy and measurement rigor, including hypothesis framing, test/control design, success metrics, and post-test readouts; support list execution requirements and measurement feasibility.
Apply predictive models and measurement insights to ongoing marketing investment planning and optimization, informing audience, offer, channel, and funding decisions to maximize incremental growth and value.
Develop analytic assets and frameworks to efficiently evaluate campaign incrementality, profitability, and ROI (e.g., forecast/proforma vs. actuals, attribution/measurement approaches where relevant).
- Leverage and help evolve the analytics toolset, including Snowflake and emerging AI-enabled analytical applications, to improve speed, scale, and consistency of insights.
- Collaborate across functions (modeling, finance, marketing channels, and execution/delivery teams) to ensure solutions are implementable, controlled, and aligned to standards.
- Advocate for and define data requirements needed to monitor performance, targeting, and execution; partner with data teams to address data gaps, quality, and lineage considerations.
- Maintain and enhance processes and controls supporting measurement quality, repeatability, and auditability of results.
- Coach and develop junior team members, setting standards for analytical methods, documentation, and stakeholder-ready storytelling.
Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Proven hands-on experience delivering financial analytics and performance insights across levels of management, including campaign test designs, estimation proformas, and actual performance measurement.
