As a Quant Analytics Associate on the Travel Analytics team (Consumer & Community Banking – Data & Analytics), you will drive strategic decisions through deep-dive analyses and actionable insights, ongoing reporting, and executive dashboards. You will translate travel and e-commerce data into recommendations that accelerate growth, improve partner and offer performance, and deliver measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, finance, risk, and technology stakeholders to enable informed, data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across the organization. Success in this role requires strong analytical rigor, clear communication, and the ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities

- Proactively surface emerging trends, anomalies, and risks (e.g., seasonality shifts, disruptions, partner changes), and recommend actions to mitigate impact or capture upside.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leadership, tailoring messages to diverse audiences and technical backgrounds.
- Define and refine metrics, KPI definitions, and measurement frameworks (including test/control and causal evaluation where applicable) to quantify program impact and support prioritization.
- Execute responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy, independently managing analytic workstreams, refining processes, and engaging stakeholders.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
