We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your Analytics career to the next level.
As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Data and Analytics team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to formulate quantifiable goals and develop strategies to achieve these goals. You will engage in campaign lift reporting and pre/post-campaign performance insights to help drive and scale offers by developing direct relationships with merchants.
Job responsibilities

  • Deliver persuasive presentations using data-driven storytelling techniques to inform decision-makers.
  • Perform analyses to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and actionable insights to guide decision-making.
  • Employ statistical and analytical techniques to collect, clean, and prepare data for performance measurement, forecasting, and extracting insights.
  • Develop visually engaging dashboards that present key metrics and trends for business stakeholders.
  • Work seamlessly with stakeholders, fostering effective communication and joint problem-solving to achieve shared goals.
  • Utilize SQL, Python, and related languages to create elegant data solutions while optimizing database performance and scalability.
  • Foster open communication, actively engage with stakeholders, build strong relationships to ensure alignment, address concerns, and drive successful project outcomes.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 4+ years of relevant experience performing hands-on data analysis.
  • Proficient in SQL with the ability to write complex queries and optimize query performance.
  • Proficient in Tableau with the ability to create engaging dashboards and visualizations.
  • Hands-on experience creating database tables and automating workflows.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Diagnose and resolve data-related challenges, applying analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in an analytics-related discipline preferred.
  • Support the development and implementation of frameworks and processes to create efficient and scalable data solutions for complex business problems.
  • Document relevant knowledge to enhance productivity and learning, ensuring information is captured, organized, and accessible.
