Join our Data Analytics and Reporting Team as a Quant Analytics Analyst, where you will have the opportunity to develop deep data knowledge and contribute to performance monitoring and analysis. As a Quant Analytics Analyst in our Data Analytics and Reporting Team, you will have the opportunity to develop deep data knowledge to support performance monitoring and analysis delivery. You will assist in the design and delivery of Key Performance Indicators, trend analysis, dashboards, and richer analyses to improve business function performance. You will also have the chance to collaborate across functions and businesses to provide Analytics and Insights.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participates in execution of a department or functional strategy; assists in developing approaches and/or processes to accomplish goals
- Assists key contributors with demonstrated knowledge of area of specialization as well as broader functional knowledge
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Generally 1+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field
- Advanced Statistics
- Domain Expertise
- Structured Query Language Required
- Familiar with languages Python, R, Statistical Analysis System or Scala
- Escalates issues quickly and helps to resolve; solution focused
- Responsive and accessible to clients with guidance from senior team members
- Exhibits a strong understanding of a client's business and actively seeks input to anticipate client needs and effectively meets or exceeds them
- Listens to understand various points of view
- Collaborates with team and others to achieve common goals
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience in VBA, Microsoft Access development (preferred)
