Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement employee feedback surveys using the Qualtrics platform, with a focus on leveraging AI analytics and Text iQ for advanced sentiment analysis and text mining.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to understand organizational goals and objectives related to employee experience, and translate these into survey questions and methodologies.
- Utilize AI analytics to analyze survey results and extract meaningful insights to drive improvements in the employee experience.
- Create visually compelling and informative dashboards using Qualtrics to present survey data and insights to key stakeholders.
- Provide expertise in Text iQ to uncover trends and sentiment within open-ended employee feedback responses
