Essential Job Duties
- Conduct estimate, photo and documentation reviews using streamlined review process developed by Caliber
- Identify areas for improvement and add to estimate as needed
- Add relevant, supporting documentation to the work file
- Communicate findings to service advisors for estimate accuracy purposes
- Report and track findings for management
- Comply with all Caliber safety rules, policy guidelines and company standards
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basis concepts of vehicle repair.
- 1-2 years related experience a plus.
- Minimal knowledge of CCC estimating preferred.
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Multi-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment
- Personable, friendly demeanor with “World Class” customer service approach to internal customers
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
