- Manage the quality technical team in charge of:
- Developing supplier performance during production phase: Analyse suppliers' QMS, prepare root cause analysis, Audit, 8D management
- Ensuring that Verkor APQP is strictly followed by suppliers
- Customer Relation and dealing with customer claims including parts analysis and parts failure report
- Following Product/process modification in the plant
- Support on a daily basis quality managers with battery technical expertise.
Requirements :

- 10 years of experience in Automotive industry (OEM or Tier-1)
- 5 years of experience in Li-ion cell manufacturing industry
- High Technical expertise in li-ion cell design & manufacturing processes
- Aptitude to engage & influence other function involved in design & operations
- Pedagogical skills and demonstrated ability to train teams, and perform mentorship
- Demonstrated ability to act in fast paced and multi-cultural environment
