This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.
Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.
R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
Job Description
- Lead the Quality setter and guide line, especially problem description including pre-analyze of suspected parts.
- Clearly define the problem description for the suspect quantity-/ period-/ Finding and Identify where the problem occurs by specific station, position, type,in case of defects and Pre- investigate the Quality Risk.
- Respond for Quality Lot released review with Quality Dept. and Production Dept.
- Issue & follow the Quality open point list to the responsible person.
- Co-ordinate with engineer team and production team to deliver output regarding Quality Lot Released meeting (OPL- Open Point List).
- Cleanliness tracking and results follow-up and point out for improvement.
- Distribute the quality alert/ Q-up point and train the associate.
- Support system CIP (Continuous Improvement Process), Customer complaints, claim part from customers and Raw material issues (if related)
- Ensure 5s and Cleanliness standards in the shop-floor.
Qualifications
Educational Background
- Higher vocational education or Bachelor degree
