Quality Systems Coordinator

The quality coordinator position is responsible for coordinating IATF internal audits and managing and special processes CQIs and CQI 14 Warranty Management, following up on the CQIs corrective actions and the risk analysis of the quality management system. Responsible for reviewing and following up on the implementation of customer specific requirements released after the start of production

Responsibilities:

• Management of internal audits to special process such as CQI 9 Heat treatment, CQI 15 Welding, CQI 17 Soldering, CQI 29 Brazing and CQI 14 Warranty Management.   
• Coordination of customer audits of CQIs and follow up to action plans resulting from CQIs audits.
• Coordination of IATF internal audits.
• Follow up of actions to address documented risks and opportunities of the system process.
• Review of customer specific requirements release after SOP and follow up to implementation as applicable.
• Report follow up results for CQIs and risk management in QOS meeting.

Profile:

• Business Administration degree, Industrial Engineer or similar
• Proficient in English

Experience:

• Knowledge in Automotive Quality Systems IATF16949
• Internal auditor
• Knowledge of Customer Specific requirements – FORD, GM, Stellantis, VW, John Deere, Cummins, Navistar, CAT
• Coordinate internal audits
• CQIs internal and customer audits
• Core Tools
• Tools of root cause analysis
• LPA
