- 350+ locations worldwide
- Fortune 500
- Globally unified systems
As a Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will merge hands-on site enablement with advanced predictive analytics. This role bridges site-level defect triage with network-wide risk modeling, taking the tactical outputs of Quality Assurance and the analytical frameworks of Risk Systems to actively design, execute, and govern end-to-end continuous improvement programs. By breaking down the execution-analysis silo and introducing dynamic risk governance, you will provide operations teams with the analytical tooling and senior coaching needed to independently drive high-impact Six Sigma initiatives and prevent delayed corrective actions.
Top Daily Responsibilities:
Oversee incoming Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCAs), site-to-site issues, and audit findings, automating the flow of tactical defect data into BigQuery.
Run the four-step predictive workflow (Define, Prepare, Analyze, Communicate) to identify emerging failure patterns before they impact Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Lead cross-functional root cause analysis for multi-site issues and translate predictive model outputs into actionable "Path to Green" mitigation plans.
Standardize Quality Management System (QMS) protocols across the global network and conduct advanced statistical training for site leads.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operations & Quality Governance
Oversee incoming RCCAs, site-to-site issues, and audit findings to ensure immediate triage and resolution.
Standardize QMS protocols across the global network and govern all network-wide quality documentation.
Ensure failure modes are systematically pipeline-updated to network PFMEAs, eliminating static, reactive risk governance at the site level.
Risk Analytics & Predictive Modeling
Automate the flow of tactical defect data into BigQuery to recalibrate dynamic PFMEA Occurrence and Detection scores in real time.
Build and execute predictive models using BigQuery and R Markdown to accurately forecast and flag emerging failure patterns.
Execute the four-step predictive workflow (Define, Prepare, Analyze, Communicate) to maintain an active pulse on operational risk.
Continuous Improvement & Projects
Lead cross-functional root cause analysis (using 5-Why, Fishbone diagrams, and PFMEA) for complex, multi-site operational issues.
Translate analytical model outputs into pre-built "Path to Green" mitigation plans for executive and leadership reviews.
Actively design and govern end-to-end continuous improvement programs, bridging tactical defect management with strategic risk modeling.
Stakeholder Management & Enablement
Act as a senior coach to operations teams, providing the analytical tooling and frameworks needed to scale high-impact Six Sigma initiatives.
Conduct advanced statistical and Six Sigma training for site leads to elevate local continuous improvement capabilities.
Align cross-functional teams by clearly translating complex predictive analytics into executable operational strategies.
Experience and Education Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Systems Management, or Continuous Improvement within global logistics or operations.
Master Black Belt or Senior Green/Black Belt certification required.
Advanced proficiency in SQL/BigQuery, statistical modeling (R, Python, or Minitab), and Business Intelligence dashboard creation (R Markdown, Looker).
Expert-level knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, PFMEA, and dynamic risk scoring (RPN calculation).
