Quality System Manager

En GSK, buscamos un profesional apasionado por la calidad y el cumplimiento normativo para liderar y garantizar el mantenimiento de los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad (QMS) en nuestra unidad comercial, el Laboratorio de Control de Calidad y la cadena de suministro.

Tu impacto:
Serás el punto de contacto clave en la LOC SC para todas las actividades relacionadas con el SGC, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos, GMP, GDP e integridad de datos. Además, promoverás una cultura de calidad alineada con los objetivos del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades:

• Implementar y mantener un SGC sólido y eficaz, asegurando el cumplimiento con regulaciones y estándares globales.
• Desarrollar e impulsar planes de mejora continua en calidad y cumplimiento normativo.
• Actuar como líder en auditorías corporativas y regulatorias, garantizando el estado de preparación (inspection readiness).
• Coordinar planes de calidad y gestión de riesgos en la organización.
• Administrar el equipo de Aseguramiento de Calidad, fomentando su desarrollo y asegurando la ejecución eficiente de procesos clave.

Requisitos:

• Título universitario en Ciencias (Química, Farmacia, Ingeniería o carreras afines).
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en industrias farmacéutica, dispositivos médicos o productos de salud del consumidor, idealmente en posiciones senior de calidad o gerenciales.
• Experiencia en sistemas de garantía de calidad, incluyendo liberación de lotes, gestión de incidentes de productos y auditorías.
• Habilidades de liderazgo, gestión de equipos y trabajo multidisciplinario.
• Experiencia en fijación de objetivos, definición de metas y evaluación de desempeño.
• Conocimiento de normativas GMP/GDP/GLP y sistemas de gestión de calidad.
• Nivel de inglés intermedio/avanzado (oral y escrito).
