LIFE AS A QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGEMENT ENGINEER ROLEAs a Quality System Management Engineer within Thales, you will participate in the management of the Chorus Management System deployed in Thales Alenia Space.
You will lead the network of Process Owners and coordinate with them to improve processes.
You will organize Change Control Boards to validate and configure process evolutions.
You will facilitate knowledge capitalization and continuous improvement within the company.
You will ensure the compliance of processes and documented information with business objectives, laws, regulations and standards.
You will assist the Quality Director in preparing the Management Review, steering actions and preparing roadmaps for all processes.
You will ensure that the Company Dashboard is correctly published every month with all key performance indicators updated.
You will serve as the Quality Management System correspondent for the Turin site.
You will support the Standardization manager in the purchase of standards and norms.
You will participate in internal audits of the entity with a focus on the Turin site.
