Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company’s quality management systems, including ISO and API standards.
- Support quality activities and compliance requirements for the Product Line Cementation business.
- Translate, review, and proofread quality management system documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and communicate with external stakeholders regarding quality matters, including the global quality team, customers, and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in the investigation, reporting, and handling of quality incidents and accidents, including monitoring the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Track, monitor, and manage customer feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote quality awareness and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience or knowledge of ISO and API quality management systems is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in the oil & gas or manufacturing industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of corrective and preventive action processes (CAPA) and quality auditing principles is an advantage.
