Convatec Triad Life Sciences, LLC (Memphis) is seeking full-time Quality Support Interns to support an administrative document digitization initiative. The primary focus is scanning paper-based Device History Files (DHFs). This role supports improved document accessibility for stakeholders working outside the Memphis site.
- Scan paper documents and convert them into electronic files (primary focus on DHFs and batch records).
- Upload documents to shared sites (e.g., SharePoint) following established naming and filing conventions.
- Maintain strict adherence to required file order and organization standards.
- File, organize, and maintain both physical and electronic documentation.
- Assist with records maintenance and document organization projects; support additional document types as assigned and as time allows.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information; work must remain on-site (no work taken home).
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a college or technical program preferred (e.g., business administration, office administration, information systems, or a related field).
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience working in a Windows environment.
- Experience uploading, organizing, and managing files on a SharePoint site (or ability to learn quickly with training).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision while following written procedures.
