Over two years, our Future Leaders graduate program will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. You’ll have two stretching rotations within Consumer Healthcare Quality and Supply Chain.

Your first rotation will be within Quality and Supply Chain and located at our Guayama, Puerto Rico based site.

 You’ll take on business-critical roles that offer amazing insights into our end-to-end supply chain. You’ll learn about the synergies and challenges that come with delivering optimum value to the business and the customer.

Meanwhile, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to network with senior leaders and graduates along with bespoke training programs to aid your development.

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:

Education required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, or any engineering or science discipline with a strong business focus/interest.

  • Graduation by August 2025.

  • Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.

Language requirement:

  • Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English.

  • Due to the nature of the work tasks, applicants must be bilingual in Spanish and English (written/spoken) to be considered, as in their role the incumbent must work closely with external/internal stakeholders in other provinces/countries.

Other requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in Guayama, Puerto Rico at the time of, and for the duration of employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of PR work authorization. Applicant must NOT require future sponsorship for work authorization.

  • Location mobility and willingness to relocate domestically and potentially internationally.

Expected start date: September 2025

The salary for this position will be $75,650 USD.
