DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN:

Be part of the quality team in Jabil Bettlach factory. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements.
Manage team of quality engineers for their daily tasks in supporting production, including preparation and revision of quality control documents, recommendation of quality control tools and methods, assessment of nonconforming products, support in quality issues etc.
Oversee the nonconformity process: assess nonconformities, participate in investigations, recommend product dispositions, advise on corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare, maintain and analyze quality KPI to assist in prioritizing tasks and provide recommendations to management. Lead internal and external meetings to report on NC, CAPA and improvement efforts KPI e.g. Quality System Management Review.
Lead product and process improvement quality efforts through CAPA and Kaizen methodology.
Provide production and quality data necessary for regulatory authorities’ dossiers and requests.
Act as SME for internal and external audits.
Recruit, interview and hire quality engineering team. Train and develop team members. Define objectives, monitor team performance and provide feedback to the team.

Previous supervisory experience required.
Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals or Mechanical field required.
