You role at Baxter:

As a Quality Supervisor you will have the task of ensuring, coordinating and supervising the activities of the Baxter-Cartago plant, related to manufacturing processes, products and sub-assemblies, are manufactured according to the defined design requirements, specifications and procedures.

You will have the task of maintaining Quality Indicators of your areas and participate in the identification of root causes, as well as in the establishment and implementation of containment, corrective and preventive actions when applicable.

What you'll be doing :

Work as a team with staff from other areas for the development and execution of validations, continuous improvement, resolution of opportunities, and analysis and research of exception documents. Ensures compliance with the corrective and preventive actions established in the exception and improvement documents. Closes production orders for sub-assemblies and/or finished product, ensuring that all requirements have been met. Ensures that the resources (support personnel, instruments) are adequate for the execution of the functions. Evaluate, design and improve procedures related to their areas of responsibility. Supervises quality schedule personnel (coordinators and auditors),

• Ensures compliance with regulatory training needs
• Maintains records and necessary information regarding performance and/or behavior
• Holds periodic meetings to maintain adequate communication and information among the members of their team.
• 7. Keeps track of quality indicators and makes action plans for improvement.

What you'll bring to the table !!

• Production, Industrial, Chemical, Systems, Electrical, Electronic, Electro-mechanical Engineer or related career.
• 2 years of proven experience in production processes at Baxter or its equivalent of experience in the manufacturing industry with Quality Systems.
• English Language Proficiency
