How you will make contributions that matter
Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Quality Supervisor in the Nutritional department at our Cobram production site. Reporting to the Quality Manager, your new role will be to drive the quality and food safety performance to ensure business, customer and regulatory expectations are met.
- Lead internal, GMP audits, environmental monitoring and support external audits to ensure quality standards are maintained to regulatory requirements
- Investigate all areas of non-conformance and provide recommended outcomes & corrective actions arising from customer complaints, accreditation, regulatory audits.
- Provide technical expertise and promote continuous improvements on quality processes.
- Prepare and deliver quality training, including annual presentations, one on one CCP & QCP training.
- Maintaining high-level communication and working relationships with other departments and key stakeholders.
- Maintaining a clean work environment and ensuring all occupational health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or equivalent.
- Ideally 5+ years working experience in quality within the dairy industry & nutritional infant formula.
- Sound knowledge of all root cause analysis.
- Highly organised & attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
