Quality Supervisor - Quality Administrative Technician
At IAC Group, we are looking for a Quality Supervisor to support operational and administrative quality activities within the plant.
This position will focus on quality process follow-up, document control, audit support, and KPI monitoring, working closely with operations and manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities
• Follow up on daily quality department activities.
• Support supervision and coordination of operational personnel.
• Monitor quality indicators and records.
• Follow up on corrective actions and containment activities.
• Support internal audits and compliance with procedures.
• Prepare reports and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards on the production floor.
Requirements
• Technical degree, Engineering degree, or Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or processes.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
• Basic experience supervising or following up with operational personnel.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as:
5 Why’s
SPC
LPA
Basic blueprint reading
Measuring instruments
Excel and administrative follow-up

Preferred
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
• Basic knowledge of Core Tools.
Skills Required
- Completed technical degree, engineering degree, or bachelor's degree

- Basic experience supervising or following up with operational personnel
- Knowledge of 5 Whys, SPC, LPA, basic blueprint reading, measuring instruments, and Excel
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments
- Basic knowledge of Core Tools
