Mellon Technologies wants to hire on behalf of a large financial organization a Quality Specialist.
Main Responsibilities :
- Review the AI tool call evaluations to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the company's circulars, policies, processes, and guidelines, identifying inconsistencies and contributing to accuracy measurement.
- Locate and retrieve recorded calls through the company's systems in the context of QA activities.
- Handles the end-to-end process of the debtors’ requests for call recordings (incl. requests received submitted from debtors or Authorities) and escalates critical issues identified.
- Adhere to regulatory and internal procedural deadlines, ensuring timely completion of all assigned activities.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on assigned responsibilities and support the preparation, analysis, and development of reports related to Quality Assurance activities, if required.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to quality assurance activities as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or any other business-related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Quality Assurance, Customer Service or Collection Agent role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek.
Knowledge of the regulatory framework regarding communication with debtors
Good command of English, both written and spoken
