The opportunity:

Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product. Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products. Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards. Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will be involved in data analysis (Scrape Rate, Cost of Poor Quality) and leading quality improvement.

  • You will be leading daily quality problem investigation, developed Routine Test instructions.

  • You will be managing equipment calibration, control plan/ Manufacturing execution system / Digital Passport System set up, Process audit.

  • You will ensure quality procedures are in place, support blue-collar training & qualification or assessment and build quality culture.

  • You will be leading Gauge R&R, performing special test according to TDI (technical delivery instruction), participating in NPI project and contributing quality and participating D- FMEA and P-FMEA.

  • You will be resolving customer complaints & lesson learned.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • You hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • 5 years’ experience in Quality Control or Product Engineering.

  • Skilled in Lean6sigma, Problem solving (8D/DMAIC / Fishbone diagram), Data analysis, MS office & Power BI, Report & presentation, Logical thinking, ISO 9001: 2015, Lead auditor

  • Proficiency in fluent in English.
