Key Accountabilities
Monitoring & maintaining product quality information, instrument uses, analysis of issue by using QC tools
Leading & participating for daily joint problem solving and search for solutions result of non-conformances
Coordination & participation in new product development & engineering changes
Coordinate & monitoring of supplier audits & development process
Monitoring & maintaining in monthly supplier-monitoring through performance indicators (PPM's, complaints, PPAP) & problem solving of non-conformances of supplier issue.
Capability of handling various audits, product approval process and non-conformances resolution with customer.
Taking Initiatives for various activities, i.e testing, outsource calibration, procurement of instruments & external certificate agencies.
Implementation & coordinating for the quality system at the IATF 16949, internal audits, audit planning and track the progress of actions for non-conformances
Taking initiatives for problem solving methodologies, handling of customer complaints, Customer audit & Process improvement through rejection reduction.
Requirement for applicants
Diploma degree with 8-10 Years of experience or B.Tech /B.E degree with 5-8 Years in quality with specialization in Mechanical/Automobile/Mechatronics.
