We are currently seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working lean initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement throughout the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with continuous improvement initiatives focused on trailer damage reduction, repair cycle times, and cost recovery.
  • Review and analyze trailer damages, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor Out-of-Service (OOS) equipment and maintain daily reporting on downtime, repair status, and damage trends.
  • Investigate liability for trailer damages and manage claims submission and reimbursement recovery processes.
  • Partner with terminals, repair shops, and breakdown teams to improve repair turnaround times and operational efficiency.
  • Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify waste, optimize repair workflows, and improve fleet utilization.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track damages, repair costs, claims recovery, and performance trends.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify recurring failure points and recommend preventive solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute process improvement projects and ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Support teams on process discipline, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement best practices.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and performance results to leadership.

Requirements
  • Advanced English is a must
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma, manufacturing, transportation, logistics, or maintenance operations
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dashboards)
  • Background in root cause analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence
  • Experience managing claims, maintenance workflows, or asset reliability is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
