We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Quality Specialist to join our Global Quality & Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who is passionate about continuous improvement, compliance and making a meaningful impact within a global organisation.

You will be responsible for reviewing and supporting quality events including customer complaints, non-conformances, CAPAs and change controls, whilst helping to drive a culture of continual improvement across the business. The role also includes involvement in audits, risk assessments, training delivery and GDP compliance activities.
Role Responsibilities Overview:
- Support the delivery of Biocair's global quality strategy and continual improvement initiatives.
- Review and approve quality records including customer complaints, non-conformances, CAPAs, change controls and effectiveness checks.
- Conduct root cause investigations and support effective corrective and preventative actions.
- Maintain and improve Quality Management System documentation, procedures and training materials.
- Support internal, supplier, customer and certification audits, acting as audit host or auditor where appropriate.
- Analyse quality trends, KPIs and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Deliver quality training and coaching across the business.
- Support GDP compliance activities and regulatory inspection readiness.
- Participate in quality forums, risk assessments and annual quality reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders globally to promote quality best practice and compliance.
Key skills and experience include:
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 principles.
- Understanding of GxP and regulated environments.
- Experience supporting audits and quality compliance activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive can-do attitude

Work Environment:
- Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:00/08:30-17:30/09:00-18:00 flexibility is offered and occasionally required depending on what projects are happening at the time.
- Hybrid with 60% of the working week spent at our Cambridge office in Sawston (CB22 3EG)
