Your contribution:

  • You maintain and continuously enhance our quality management system and process landscape with a clear focus on BSI C5 compliance and ISO 9001.

  • You define, adapt, and monitor processes in software development and related services to ensure full conformity with BSI C5 controls and ISO 9001 requirements.

  • You plan, execute, and document internal audits and actively support external audits, including preparation and follow-up of findings.

  • You ensure that all process and quality documentation is correct, complete, up to date, and fully audit-ready at all times.

  • You work closely with the Senior Regulatory Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the unit.

What you bring along:

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in quality management, compliance, or IT/process auditing, ideally in a software or cloud-oriented environment, with proven expertise in ISO 9001 and/or BSI C5.

  • A university degree with excellent results in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Quality Management or a comparable discipline).

  • Strong methodological know-how in process management and quality assurance, including experience with QMS tools, audit management solutions, and common documentation and collaboration platforms.

  • Very good English skills and good German skills, both written and spoken, enabling you to work confidently in an international, German-speaking environment.

  • A precise, structured and analytical working style, high sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and the ability to challenge the status quo in a constructive and solution-oriented way.
