Quality R&D Site Specialist

The role is centered around delivering GMP Quality Assurance support to the  Global Oral Health Scale Up Facility (GOHSU) throughout the duration of this project. A key aspect of the position involves  contributing to the setup and qualification of the new R&D Oral Health Scale Up Facility. Throughout the duration of this project, ensuring alignment with related regulatory requirements and adherence to Haleon Quality Standards will be crucial in maintaining compliance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and approve system, equipment and facilities  initial qualification process and documentation, preparation for manufacturing and testing purpose
  • Support of Change control process related to start up GOHSU facility
  • Participate in setting up SAP and performing UAT
  • Review and if needed approve documentation on method transfer, cleaning validation and other GMP activities.
  • Support internal and external initial audits at GOHSU facility
  • Input into local and global SOPs related to R&D manufacturing activities and ensure their correct implementation in GOHSU during facility start up stage

Salary: 1800 €/month/brutto (salary can be increased based on the candidate's experience)

Knowledge/Education/Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, or cosmetic industry related to Quality Assurance, Technical Operations, or Product Development.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP).
  • Experience with regulatory requirements related to production of oral care products
  • Experience with Equipment Qualification and Cleaning Validation.
  • Strong technical written ability and communication skills.
  • Experience working in global and multidisciplinary environments.
  • IT systems literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with audit tracking systems (e.g., Veeva QMS)
  • English must , Slovak is advantage
