Platform Quality Mission

Deploy the Platform Quality Mission and Strategy to all Platform activities

Set the quality objectives for the Platform and monitor the Platform KPIs related to Quality

Control and monitor the conformity with the Platform development process

Represent Quality in the Platform governance committees

Manage the Platform Quality Engineers of the Platform, ensure that their competences are at the right level
Platform (Quality) Standards

Define, maintain and continuously improve Platform quality standards taking into account all Platform related LLCs (act as a Standard Owner as per the RAISE process)

Ensure that all relevant Lessons Learned Cards are taken into account for the update of Platform standards

Define and drive the implementation of QRQC within the Platform
Platform Projects

Ensure that the Platform Development Policy is respected

Ensure that the Platforms technological roadmap takes into account Customer Line Incidents, Warranty and Direct Cost of Non Quality data. Coordinate the collection of such data for the definition of future variants or generations of products to be developed

Define and monitor quality budget for the Platform (control equipment, hours, ...)

Define and drive the action plans to achieve the targets for the operational Platform KPIs related to Quality (Platform WR3MIS, WR cost as per CAA, P1 projects with no critical DV/PV failure, …)
Platform interaction with P1 Projects

Establish the quality budget needed to perform the Quality Road Map for Platform related projects (baseline for P1 QRMs).

Train P1 QPTMs to Platform Quality Standards
