As Quality Project Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring that the project scope of supply meets the quality contractual requirements. You will work in collaboration with the Project Manager and all supporting functions involved in the project requisition processes, timely managing risks and the relevant mitigation plan in order to minimize the number of escaping defects and ensure that our customers’ needs are met.
As Quality Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Creating quality plans based on the standard template incorporating additional customer quality and technical regulation and product certification requirements
Taking ownership for the quality requirements to ensure effective project execution for our customers, including all relevant KPI
Issuing and keeping up to date the Inspection Activity Plan and coordinating inspections in BH facilities and suppliers together with BH appointed functions
Communicating with internal and external customers to share project related information and build relationships
Managing non-conformance, concessions and following up root causes analysis when required Communicating with internal and external customers to share project related information and build relationships
Preparing and present quality performance reporting to internal leadership and customers
Monitoring the punch list during the scope of supply execution in order to achieve zero punch list at shipment
To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management). Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Quality within manufacturing and construction phase.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Effective problem identification and solution skills.

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 51,200 To 70,400. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
