- Daily Production & Quality Support: Responsible for quality inspections on products and processes; Ensure consistent application of internal quality standards; Support with quality reporting activities, such as CONC; Support with incoming goods quality control.
- Project Coordination and Process Improvement: Assist in planning, scheduling and executing projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines; Ensure all project activities adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards; Lead process optimisation initiatives and capability development, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of best practices.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed project documentation; including specifications, progress reports, and risk assessments.
- Support Quality and Process in updating technical documentation – including process specs, work instructions and control plans.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with: Quality – who lead quality metrics, scrap, and yield improvements: Production Operators and Supervisors – to ensure a stable daily production environment; Engineering – to improve equipment reliability and uptime; R&D and Process Engineering – to trial new materials or processes.
