The Role

Essential Duties:

Process document revisions via the Document Control Ticketing System.

Convert documents to updated templates.

Work with document owners and stakeholders to assist in renumbering and titling revised documents.

Track and report on the Document Control process performance.

Assist with uploading data and other support across all modules implemented into TipQA software.

Required Skills:

Fluent in Office 365 applications

Strong in time management, with the ability to focus in a fast-paced environment

Organized, self-directed, and can achieve results independently

Effective communication skills - verbal and written

Accuracy and attention to detail

Good writing and proofreading skills

Customer service oriented

Team oriented

Document management experience preferred

Experience implementing software solution, preferably related to document management

Required Education:

Associate’s degree, or relevant experience (1-2 years)

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $29.58 - $37.56 per hour

Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
