Quality Product Technologist
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Quality Product Technologist, you play a vital role in transforming design ideas into high‑quality products that customers love and trust. You ensure excellence at every step—combining strong technical expertise with a proactive, solution‑driven mindset.
- Champion H&M’s brand quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle, from early development to the final customer experience.
- Secure product fit, conduct technical risk assessments, and optimize consumption at sample stage, working across different product sample workflows within the Woven and Denim production group.
- Act proactively to identify and mitigate quality risks early, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills while ensuring timely business delivery.
- Perform on‑site quality inspections at factory level and collaborate closely with suppliers. This role includes regular business travel.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer expectations and translate them into clear quality requirements for our suppliers, while supporting the continuous development of their quality capabilities.
- Monitor supplier performance and lead governance follow‑ups to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
