**This is a hybrid role requiring in office attendance once a week**

Position Purpose: With the Buckeye Health Plan Quality Team, you will do quality data reporting and analyzing.

• Design and monitor quality outcomes dashboard and scorecard assigned programs and identify trends based on results.

• Monitor and analyze program outcomes. Recommend and implement action plans based on outcomes. Perform baseline outcomes and regular assessments of outcome performance to prepare for readiness and verify program requirements are met.

• Provide feedback to senior leadership on key performance outcomes and address questions and concerns.

• Conduct presentations to program stakeholders to provide data and information to improve program performance.

• Develop program components, support and manage the implementation of overall assigned programs.

• Identify and educate provider agencies on best practices to implement structure and process to achieve optimum outcomes and identify improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree’s related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
