We invite Production Engineers to join the production management team and oversee all the production processes in line with the company’s quality standards and manage the production team. This position is a key strategic role in the company contributing to sustaining and growing business to achieve long-term success at Ajax.
Location: Istanbul, DESBAS(Tuzla)
Responsibilities
- Ensures the implementation of the devices that are planned to be introduced on the line.
- In case of violation or defect detection, s/he blocks the product lot or stops the line until the nonconformities are corrected.
- Informs the management about detected nonconformities, violations and defects by using nonconformity protocols.
- Monitors changes in route operational maps (MOC) and technological instructions.Participates in the technological control of drawings regarding material accuracy and size selection.Organizes experiments and tests of new materials and semi-finished products.
- Participates in the improvement of input control and technological control of production and product quality.
- Participates in studies on the definition and selection of optimal parameter control methods.
- Participates in the standardization of control materials.
- Ensures that the department works according to the requirements of the Quality Guidelines.
- Participates in determining the priority targets of the department that can be measured in the field of quality.Implements and provides a process approach to the implementation of production activities while performing official duties.Participates in the analysis of the effectiveness of actions implemented in the field of process and product quality.
- Develops their qualifications by participating in seminars and trainings,
- Works in accordance with working and industrial discipline, internal working regulation rules and hygiene rules,
- Complies with occupational health and safety instructions,
- Fulfills the requirements, management decisions and instructions of the current legislation
