Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all quality assurance activities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
  • Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems and documentation
  • Manage internal and customer audit processes, including corrective actions and follow-up
  • Monitor, analyze, and report quality metrics to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and maintain process standards

Work Environment
This role operates in a warehouse and distribution environment with a mix of office and floor presence. The position requires regular interaction with operations teams and may involve a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Days and Shift Information

  • Monday- Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm. Additional hours as needed based on operational demands.

Qualifications

Education

  • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (5+ years preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience working with ISO standards and quality management systems
  • Experience leading audits, corrective actions, and process improvements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and quality tools (e.g., SIPOC, scorecards)
  • Six Sigma certification or training (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt) preferred

  • Competitive pay rate
