Your Role

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. You will play a key role in implementing Lean methodologies, overseeing audits, and managing quality-related claims.

Location: Barcelona or Madrid

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure product quality and compliance

  • Lead supplier and internal audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards

  • Oversee and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System

  • Develop and monitor quality KPIs to track supplier and product quality performance

  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive action plans for quality issues

  • Drive Operational Excellence across the supply chain and manufacturing processes.

  • Apply Lean / Kaizen methodologies to optimize supply chain processes.

  • Develop partnerships & projects collaborations

  • Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and European partners.

  • Contribute to cross-functional quality and process improvement projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-10 years proven experience in quality management (preferably in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or food industries).

  • Solid background in supplier quality management and finished product quality assurance

  • Experience in ISO 9001, with a deep understanding of audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Experience in KPI development, monitoring and control

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions

  • Ability to influence and get buy-in from internal teams and external stakeholders;

  • Experience in operational methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with supply chain teams.

  • Strong analytical skills, rigor, and a mindset for incremental improvement and change.

  • Professional proficiency in French, Spanish and English ( spoken and written) is mandatory.

  • Openness to travel within Europe
