Job DescriptionKey responsibilities:
• Act as ISO 22000 Management Representative and lead FSSC & HALAL teams
• Maintain and improve the FSMS, HACCP studies, risk assessments and control validation
• Manage documentation, records, traceability and product specifications
• Lead food safety team meetings, internal audits, CAPA, management reviews and KPI reporting
• Oversee lab testing, sampling and supplier approval/performance related to quality and safety
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, maintenance and support functions on hygiene, pest control and recall/crisis procedures
• Serve as primary contact for certification bodies, regulators and customers
Qualifications• Bachelor’s in food science, Quality Management, Engineering or related field
• team leading skills and FMCG experience
• ISO 22000 Lead Implementer/Auditor certification
• 8+ years in quality and food safety management with proven FSMS and HACCP leadership
• Strong audit, regulatory, cross-functional leadership and decision-making skills
