As our QA Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping product quality by establishing best-in-class quality practices, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring every product delivers an exceptional customer experience.

General Responsibilities
• Handles the implementation of quality standards, ensure and execute compliance on every stage of the process
• Arranges and implements quality assurance strategies and regulations
• Supervises potential risks, ensures compliance and gives recommendations
• Takes responsibility for all quality control aspects of the process (laboratories studies, clinical research, testing, operations, raw materials, production, finished product or services)
• Supervises audits and regulatory inspections
• Liaises with external vendors, contractors or suppliers to ensure that their products or services meet the organization's quality standards
• Handles quality trainings

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

  • Leads, develops, and mentors the Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control teams to achieve business and quality objectives.
  • Drives customer satisfaction by managing customer complaints, quality issues, customer scorecards, and corrective action activities.
  • Leads root cause investigations and ensures implementation and verification of effective corrective and preventive actions using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa.
  • Monitors, analyzes, and reports quality performance metrics, including PPM, COPQ, scrap and customer returns
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process capability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensures compliance with product safety requirements, special characteristics, regulatory obligations, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to support new product introduction, process changes, and manufacturing excellence.
  • Supports management review activities and provides strategic direction for quality planning, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.

 

Key requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with practical experience using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa (Fishbone), and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
  • Experience managing customer complaints, corrective actions, and customer quality performance metrics.
  • Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive data-based decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with Automotive Core Tools, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.

Gross Annual Salary Range:

29,164.00 EUR - 40,100.50 EUR

The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
