Job Description

Drive clinical excellence and governance as our Registered Nurse Quality Manager, leading continuous improvement and compliance across our services. You will oversee quality frameworks, audit processes, and risk management strategies to ensure the highest standards of patient care. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for an experienced clinician looking to champion safety and compliance in a supportive environment.

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, you will oversee the collection, management and evaluation of clinical indicators and the investigation and resolution of incidents and adverse events.  

About You

Your Skills and Experience 

  • Relevant qualifications in a Health discipline with valid AHPRA registration or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a hospital setting
  • Previous experience in successful Accreditation preparation with the 8 NSQHS National Standards
  • Excellent understanding of clinical governance principles
  • Experience in leading groups and projects, adopting new concepts and facilitating change
  • Proven strategic planning, workforce management and policy development skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of contemporary clinical risk management strategies that promote and ensure high-quality patient care. 

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience in Quality is desirable
  • Tertiary qualification in Quality management or management is desirable
