As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing quality standards and supervising the correctness of operations at our logistic center.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • Be responsible for achieving the quality targets related to processes and articles at several sites

  • Work closely with the on-site Service Provider Management Team, monitor and challenge on delivery of key performance indicators

  • Ensure a quality driven mindset of local management and your supporting employees

  • Support inter-divisional projects to guarantee that quality is always taken into consideration

  • Be responsible for communication of quality topics to the involved stakeholders

  • Create and present the results of analysis and reports in an appealing design

  • Be open to travel to stay connected with colleagues and perform audits at multiple sites.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Min 3 years of experience in quality management in logistic or production environment, including experience in managing audits

  • Higher education

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both verbal and written

  • Advanced Working knowledge of lean techniques including Lean Certifications

  • Efficient working methods, analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
