Hausmann has steadily matured into one of the region’s premier commercial general contracting, construction management, and design-build firms. We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager in the Lincoln / Omaha area to lead and administer our internal quality control program and inspection processes. This role is ideal for a proven construction professional with strong field and construction management experience who understands how quality is planned, executed, and verified on active job sites.

The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing quality control functions throughout all phases of assigned projects - from preconstruction planning through project completion and closeout. This position requires hands-on knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, sequencing, and coordination, with the ability to identify risks early and implement practical, field-driven solutions. The Quality Manager will develop, maintain, and consistently represent Hausmann’s quality program through proactive engagement with project teams, including owners, developers, designers, subcontractors, and end users.

A core responsibility of this role is ensuring that workmanship meets or exceeds project documents, applicable codes, industry standards, and Hausmann’s internal quality expectations. The Quality Manager will work closely with project management and field leadership to drive accountability, improve consistency, and promote a culture where quality is integrated into daily operations, not inspected after the fact.

This role requires regular travel to active project sites throughout the region, including occasional overnight stays as dictated by project needs. Superior execution, compliance, and customer satisfaction are critical measures of success.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction professional to take a leadership role within a growing organization. Hausmann offers a fast-paced but collaborative work environment that values professionalism, initiative, and strong field presence. The position includes a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, a positive company culture, and opportunities for long-term growth and advancement.
