- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems: Create and enforce quality control procedures and policies, establish benchmarks, and track initiatives to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Conduct Quality Reviews and Audits: Perform regular audits, inspections, and tests to evaluate existing quality systems and identify areas for improvement
- Training and Development: Educate employees on ISO requirements, quality tools, quality standards and best practices through training
- Assists the Site Quality Leadership in maintaining ISO 9001 Certification
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance data, compile test data, and prepare reports. Collaborate with teams to identify and address issues, developing action plans
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain documentation systems and documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality control records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Problem Solving and Corrective Action: Investigate and resolve complaints and non-conformances, implementing corrective actions
- Lead Kaizen events
- Work with various departments and DAA manufacturing sites to promote a cohesive approach to quality processes and addressing quality issues
- Manage the integration of quality systems and ISO certification of M&A/New business units

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering or related technical field
- 5+ of previous experience in a quality control or quality assurance role
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Quality-related certification such as CQA, CQE, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
