We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Manager of Quality Management Systems (QMS) to oversee and maintain our ISO 9001:2015-compliant quality system. This role is responsible for document control, audit readiness, ISO certification processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance
  • Oversee document control processes, including revision management, approvals, and accessibility
  • Lead ISO certification efforts, including audit preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure regulatory and company compliance
  • Track quality metrics, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide employee training and act as the subject matter expert for QMS and ISO requirements

Details about the role:

Work location: Shelby Township, MI

Work type: On-site at local Paslin locations. Not available for remote work.

Expected hours of work: Typical work schedules for this role are flexible around core business hours of 7am-430pm, Monday to Friday. This position is for regular, full-time work and may require coming in early, working late, or working on weekends to meet the needs of the business.

Travel: This position may require occasional local travel to Paslin locations.

Work Environment: This position operates in an office at a manufacturing site environment. This is a safety sensitive role, which includes working around moving equipment and machinery.


Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and audit processes; ISO Lead Auditor certification preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in quality systems, document control, or ISO administration in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Experience with QMS software and document control systems

Skills Required
